4MUS REGISTRATION, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

IN AN EFFORT TO BE GOOD STEWARDS OF THE BUDGET AND EXPENSES OF 4MUS, THE FOLLOWING POLICIES ARE IN PLACE FOR ANYONE REQUESTING TO CANCEL THEIR 4MUS EVENT REGISTRATION.

REGISTRATION, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 4MUS EVENTS:

  • Full payment, or deposit if applicable, is due at time of registration in order to secure a participant’s spot.
  • By registering for a 4MUS event, you assume financial responsibility for the event and authorize 4MUS to contract with third-party providers and purchase necessary supplies for the event on your behalf.
  • For events with an initial deposit, final payment is due on or before the applicable payment due date in order to secure a participant’s registration. Failure to pay in full by the due date will result in forfeit of registration and applicable cancellation fees will apply.
  • ALL cancellations MUST be in writing and emailed to info@4mus.org. Cancellations are not accepted over the phone, via other participants, or via Telegram. If 4MUS does not receive email communication before the start of the scheduled 4MUS Event, participant is considered a NO SHOW and no refunds or transfers will be allowed. Payment will be applied to the ongoing ministry efforts of 4MUS.
  • If applicable, any remaining credit balance on a participant's account must be used within 12 months from the originally scheduled 4MUS event.  Otherwise, the credit balance will be applied to the ongoing ministry efforts of 4MUS.

FOUR OPTIONS BASED ON THE TIER AND TIME FRAME OF THE CANCELLATION:

  1. Refund minus fee: Receive a refund for event monies paid, minus applicable cancellation fee based on the 4MUS Event Cancellation Policy Grid.
  2. Retain credit with 4MUS to attend another event within 12 months: 4MUS will hold a credit for the participant to attend another 4MUS event for up to 12 months from the start date of the original registered event.  This credit consists of the total monies paid, minus the applicable cancellation fee based on the 4MUS Event Cancellation Policy Grid. When ready to register for the new 4MUS event, the participant must email info@4mus.org to receive a unique code in order to register and pay the balance for the new desired 4MUS event.
  3. Transfer credit to another participant to attend THE SAME event for a $50 Transfer Fee Per Person: Participant(s) may transfer event spot and monies paid, to another participant(s), of their choosing, to attend the same 4MUS event. Within 48 hours of cancellation, the participant must provide info@4mus.org the transfers name(s) and email(s). The new participant(s) will receive a unique code to register for the same 4MUS event and pay the $50 per person transfer fee within 48 hours to secure registration.
  4. Donate funds to the ongoing ministry efforts of 4MUS: Donate your current payment to the ongoing ministry efforts of 4MUS. 4MUS is a 501(c)3 Charitable Organization and all donations are tax deductible. The participant will receive a tax donation receipt corresponding to the year(s) of their original transaction(s).

NO SHOW POLICY

A participant is considered a “No Show” if:

  • Participant does not show up for the start of the event.
  • Participant did not send an email to info@4mus.org prior to the start of the event to inform of cancellation.

All payments from a “No Show” participant are applied to the ongoing ministry efforts of 4MUS. Funds are not eligible for transfer, refund, or donation.

EVENT CANCELLATION

If 4MUS must cancel an event for any reason, participants will have three options:

  • Cancel their 4MUS event registration and receive a refund of the amount paid toward their 4MUS event, minus a $25 administrative fee.
  • Transfer their funds to a future 4MUS event within 12 months of the canceled 4MUS event for no administrative fee.
  • Donate their full funds to the ongoing ministry efforts of 4MUS.  All donations are tax-deductible and the participant will receive a tax donation receipt corresponding to the year(s) of their original transaction(s).

4MUS, or any of its event partners, are not and will not be held responsible for reimbursement of costs incurred due to travel expenses for the event (for example: flight change fees or rental fees for traveling to or from the event.)
